I'm Hamza — founder of BrightStep Marketing. A few years ago I wasn't running an agency. I was running a floor care company out of the back of one vehicle, hauling a portable extractor, hoping the phone would ring.
Word-of-mouth got me the first handful of jobs. Door-knocking got me a few more. But to actually grow — to fill a calendar, hire a crew, and stop trading every weekend for one more booking — I needed a real lead engine.
